Watch Hill

Watch Hill is located in the Two Rivers region, in the western part of Andor. Like the residents of Emond's Field, its inhabitants are generally unaware of belonging to any kingdom or country since they have not seen a representative of the Queen's Guard in generations, either for taxes or protection. Historically, the Two Rivers area was once the capital of Manetheren, until it was destroyed during the Trolloc Wars.

The village of Watch Hill, has a gender-based bicameral government. There is a Women's Circle, headed by the Wisdom and consisting entirely of women, and a Village Council, headed by the Mayor, consisting entirely of men.
