Valan Luca

Valan Luca is the owner and manager of Valan Luca's Grand Traveling Show and Magnificent Display of Marvels and Wonders . He is a tall, dark-haired man, good-looking with a well-turned leg and always wears a cloak gaudy enough to "shame a Tinker."

Luca's traveling circus is used as cover by Elayne and her party in their journey from Tanchico to Salidar. He has taken a liking to Nynaeve al'Meara and has sworn undying love towards her when she has to leave his show at Samara when riots break out between the Children of the Light and the Prophets men.

Mat's party also use it as a cover while fleeing Ebou Dar.
