She was one of the original leaders of the Salidar Aes Sedai, known informally to fans as the Salidar Six.
When Egwene al'Vere was brought before the Rebel Hall of the Tower as a candidate for Amyrlin, Morvrin, Myrelle Berengari and Sheriam Bayanar were the three sisters that entered the Hall as her necessary representatives.
