Ghealdan is a country that lies to the north of Amadicia and Altara. The current sign of Ghealdan is that of the Dragon Reborn, a gold dragon on a red field. The Dhallin Forest is located in Ghealdan.

The ruling body of Ghealdan is a monarchy, and has seen a rapid turnover in rulers since the arrival of the Dragonsworn. The throne is currently held by Alliandre Maritha Kigarin, who remains in power at the sufferance of the Dragonsworn. The capital of Ghealdan is Jehannah.

Ghealdan is a relatively minor country, known for its production of alum. It is currently the base of operations for the Dragonsworn army.
The normal Ghealdanin clothing style is a coat fastened with a double row of wooden buttons. For excise men working at the docks, this is typically a blue coat with chains and a seal on the chest.
