Aludra

'Aludra is a young Illuminator who is slender and has her hair plaited in a multitude of small braids. She is kicked out of the Guild in Cairhien when Rand al'Thor destroys her fireworks in order to escape from shadowspawn. While on the run she is saved by Mat Cauthon and Thom, who observe her lighting a lantern very quickly. As a reward she gives some fireworks to Mat.

She then travels with Valan Luca's Travelling circus and meets up with Nynaeve al'Meara and Elayne Trakand when they are fleeing from Tanchico.

She is currently traveling with Mat. She has created weapons from fire works, such as grenades, and she is currently working on her Dragons and Dragon eggs to get back at the Seanchan.

Aludra's Dragons seem to be similar in design to the early Turkish bombard cannons, though much smaller in size and delivering an explosive round instead of a round of solid metal or stone as was common in early cannons.
